  • Do I have to pay a deposit?

     

    Deposits are 40% of booking total and are required to secure your booking. Such deposit is not “part of” or in  inclusion to the full payment amount of the hiring of equipment or act/entertainment with Teepee  Amor LLC. However, such deposit is to be returned to the Hirer within 48 business hours of return of the equipment unless the hired equipment and any accessories have been damaged or lost during  the period of hire. In such circumstances the deposit will be used in full or part payment of those repairs/replacements.

  • What is an expedited service fee?

     

    This fee is automatically added to total due to inadequate time to prepare for your event. The fee of $60 is charged for all events booked less than 1 Week of event date.

     

  • When will the remaining balance need to be paid?

    The booking total/balance is to be paid in full and cleared 1 Week prior to the event start date.

  • What if I would like to reserve a date already taken?

    If your desired date/time is already reserved, please contact us via social media direct message or via email at teepeeamor@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate your request. If we are unable to accomodate you will have the option to book the next available date/time.

  • What if my venue/location cannot fit the amount of teepees/guests i booked for?

     

    We will try to accommodate your set up to include all that was requested with your booking as long as all equipment is secure or any possible damage. Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once set up. Teepee Amor LLC reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.

     

  • What if there's inclement weather?

     

    In the event of inclement weather, the party/event will need to be in doors and all equipment will need to be in a secure location. Teepee Amor LLC reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be  unsuitable. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due. If you choose to cancel your booking please review the cancellation policy.

     

  • What if I need to cancel?

    If you wish to cancel the booking after deposit is secured, booking can be transferred to another available date/time. If you do not wish to transfer your booking, the following cancellation charges will become payable, 50% of Secured Deposit.

  • Am I responsible for anything?

     

     

    During the period of hiring, the client is responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight or change of any sort, and the behavior of all persons of  all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children. Teepee Amor LLC excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the  equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of the hiring Contract. The client/hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any  unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way. Client/hirer should not allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing, or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be consumed on or in the  equipment.
